We repair and upgrade all brands of computers, and we use only the highest quality of hardware when it is possible to do so.  Most brand-specific computers on the market are proprietary in design, which means that the replacement hardware must be purchased either from the manufacturer or from one of their suppliers.  We strive to keep our repair charges reasonable and affordable, but sometimes these proprietary designs will, unfortunately, result in higher repair costs to our customers.

We know that our customers depend on their computers for many different reasons, so we are committed to having your computer repaired and returned to you in the shortest amount of time possible.  Unless there are circumstances beyond our control, such as difficulty in obtaining the correct replacement parts, repairs are generally completed within a day or two.  We take the extra step to do all that is within our power to make sure that your system is in correct working order before it is returned to you.  Although we appreciate seeing our customers returning to visit us, we do not want that return visit to be for the same reason as the previous one.  We believe that a job should be done right the first time.

Each system that is brought into our repair shop is given a full diagnostic test so that we are able to alert you in advance if any potential problems are noted.

Not only do we repair and upgrade systems, but we do maintenance on them as well.  As a computer runs, the fans inside it are constantly turning and pulling air in through the system.  This results in dust, debris, hair, etc., getting trapped on the fan blades.  This can cause premature failure of the fans inside your computer, resulting in overheating and possible damage to the internal hardware.

Over time, the vibrations from the fans and drives can cause the internal hardware to come loose inside their respective sockets and slots, which results in hardware failure or malfunction.

We provide maintenance programs that completely clean your computer both inside and out.  We remove and reinstall the internal hardware to make sure that all is connected and functioning correctly.  Depending on the maintenance program you choose, we also provide complete cleanup of your hard drive and installation of the latest updates for your version of operating system and the hardware installed.
